Abstract:
Against the backdrop of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and in alignment with the disciplinary characteristics of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and the pedagogical features of pharmacology, the teaching team has proposed an innovative reform system known as the “three integrations, four dimensions, and five attributes.” Specifically, the three integrations of “integration of science and education, integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and integrations of multiple disciplines”;a four-dimensional structure linking “theory and practice, basic and clinical sciences, research and application, and professionalism and ideological-political education”;and the embodiment of five core attributes of “ideological relevance, scientific rigor, advancement, inspiration, and applicability”.This reform aims to promote the inheritance and innovative development of TCM and Chinese pharmacy, fostering the cultivation of modern, application-oriented, and innovative interdisciplinary talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
