基于PBL理念的“线上+线下”教学模式在实践课程中的应用

Application of the “Online+Offline” Teaching Model Based on PBL Concepts in Clinical Clerkship

  • 摘要: 以湖南省人民医院留学生骨科见习为例,教学团队采用基于问题导向学习(PBL)理念的“线上+线下”教学模式,对传统教学方法进行了革新。基于传统教学与PBL线上教学模式比较研究发现,PBL理念的“线上+线下”教学模式能够显著提高留学生对骨科知识的理解力和掌握能力,增强其问题分析与解决能力、自主学习能力,并能促进其人文素质的提升。

     

    Abstract: Taking the orthopedic clinical clerkships for international students at Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital as an example, the teaching team implemented an “online + offline” teaching model grounded in the principles of problem-based learning(PBL),reforming traditional instructional approaches.Comparative analysis between the conventional teaching mode and the PBL-based online teaching approach revealed that the “online + offline” PBL model significantly enhanced international students’ understanding and mastery of orthopedic knowledge, improved their abilities in problem analysis, problem-solving, and self-directed learning, and fostered their overall humanistic competence.
