Abstract: From the perspective of university curriculum setting,the study selects a national first-class specialty in a university's first-class discipline,namely Chinese pharmacy specialty,to compare the two-time nodes difference of before and after the "double first-class" construction project.On the basis of analyzing the adjustment of its specialty orientation,training objectives and talent training programs,the article explores the evolution and optimization of the specialty curriculum,and analyzes the response of the curriculum to the adjustment of the specialty orientation,training objectives and talent training programs,so as to reflect and rethink the impact and promotion of the higher education "double first-class" construction project on the university curriculum.The results show that university curriculum setting is an integral part of the "double first-class" construction project,and both are in line with the normal development trend heading to the same direction.
