基于PCNE分类系统的临床药学教学应用

Application of Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) Classification System in Clinical Pharmacy Education

摘要: 欧洲药学监护联盟(PCNE)分类系统在全球广泛应用于解决药物相关问题(DRP),但在我国临床药学教育中较少被提及。目前PCNE分类系统已更新至第九版(V9.1),利用PCNE分类系统进行病例DRP分析和编码,可帮助药学专业学生学习如何量化临床讯息,建构系统化、科学化分析临床问题的能力,提升临床药学实践技巧及药学监护实习成效。

Abstract: The PCNE (Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe) classification system,widely used globally to address Drug-Related Problems (DRPs),is less mentioned in clinical pharmacy education in China.Currently,the PCNE classification system has been updated to the 9th edition (V9.1).By using the PCNE classification system for DRP analysis and coding,it can facilitate pharmaceutical students learn how to quantify clinical information,develop the ability to systematically and scientifically analyze clinical problems,and enhance clinical pharmacy practice skills and the effectiveness of pharmaceutical care interventions.
