基于中药学专业实验课程的整合研究与实践——以“三黄方”不同剂型的制备为例

Research and Practice on the Integration of Experimental Courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine: Taking Different Formulations of “San Huang Medical Formula” as an Example

  • 摘要: 以“三黄方”不同剂型的制备为例,教学团队设计整合中药学多门课程知识的综合设计性实验。实验内容涵盖药用植物学、中药鉴定、中药炮制、中药药理、中药化学、中药药剂、中药制剂分析、中药综合实训等多个学科的知识点和实验操作技能。通过“三黄方”传统处方拓展为多种药物剂型,学生将比较不同剂型在给药途径、提取技术、制备流程以及质量标准设定方面的差异。这样的实验设计有助于提升学生对中药学专业知识的综合运用能力,锻炼他们的实验技能,并为培养科研思维奠定坚实的基础。

     

    Abstract: Taking different formulations of “San Huang Medical Formula” as an example, the teaching team designed a comprehensive, integrative experimental project that consolidates knowledge from multiple courses within the traditional Chinese medicine curriculum.The experiment encompasses key concepts and laboratory techniques from medicinal botany, traditional Chinese medicine identification, traditional Chinese medicine processing, traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology, traditional Chinese medicine chemistry, traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutics, traditional Chinese medicine formulation analysis, and comprehensive experimental training.By expanding the traditional “San Huang Medical Formula” into multiple pharmaceutical dosage forms, students compare differences in administration routes, extraction techniques, preparation procedures, and quality standards.This integrative experimental design enhances students’ ability to apply interdisciplinary knowledge, strengthens their practical laboratory skills, and lays a solid foundation for developing research-oriented thinking.
