Abstract:
As the basic core course of pharmacy major in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, chromatographic analysis plays an important role in cultivating students' chemical knowledge and skills.Guided by the concept of result-oriented education, the concept of OBE (Outcome based education) was introduced into the teaching reform of chromatographic analysis experiment, which is beneficial to improve the quality of talents training.Starting from the current situation of chromatographic analysis experimental teaching, the authors combine their teaching and research practice to explore the reform of course content, teaching philosophy and assessment methods, so as to exercise students' logical thinking and cultivate their innovative ability.
