香港高校研究生师生交往制度规则及约束关系探析

Study on Institutional Rules and Constraint Relationship of Mentor-Graduate Communication in Hong Kong Universities

  • 摘要: 研究生教育处于国民教育体系的顶端,师生关系贯穿于研究生教育的始终,直接关系着我国高层次人才的培养质量。梳理香港七所高校官网发布的导师责任义务规定、研究生责任义务规定、导师与研究生交往的约束规则与监督规定等相关文本,探究香港研究生师生交往的制度规则及模式特点,同时结合内地高校的实际情况,从提高师生会面频率、明确责任义务规定以及提升师生认知水平三个方面提出具体建议,以期为构建内地优质研究生师生关系提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Postgraduate education is at the top of the national education system,and teacher-student relationship runs throughout the entire postgraduate education,which is directly related to the quality of the cultivation of high-level talents in our country.This study explores the institutional rules and model characteristics of the postgraduate teacher-student interaction in Hong Kong by combing the relevant texts published by the official websites of seven universities in Hong Kong,including the responsibilities of mentors,the accountabilities of graduates,the binding rules and supervision of the interaction between mentors and graduates.Taking into consideration of the actual situation of mainland colleges and universities,this study intends to provide specific suggestions in terms of increasing the frequency of teacher-student meetings,clarifying the responsibilities and obligations,and enhancing the level of teacher-student cognitive awareness,with the purpose to shed light on building high-quality mentor-graduate relationships in the inland universities.
