Application of AI for Science in Enhancing Bioinformatics Teaching for Pharmaceutical Sciences Majors

  • 摘要: 随着生物信息学在药学领域的重要性日益增加,传统的教学方法在课时、连贯性和实验条件方面存在诸多不足。本文探讨了AI for Science在药学专业生物信息学教学中的应用,特别是基于AI for Science框架的一站式计算机辅助药物计算设计平台Hermite®的引入,以及如何解决传统教学的不足,为提升药学专业课程教学质量提供了新的思路和方法。

     

    Abstract: With the growing importance of bioinformatics in the field of pharmacy, traditional teaching methods face significant limitations in terms of class hours, coherence, and experimental resources.This paper explores the application of AI for Science in the teaching of bioinformatics for pharmacy majors, particularly the introduction of Hermite®,a one-stop AI-assisted drug computational design platform built on the AI for Science framework.The study discusses how this integration addresses the shortcomings of traditional instruction and provides new perspectives and methodologies for improving the teaching quality of bioinformatics and related pharmaceutical courses.
