Abstract: Nowadays,short videos have become a major form of entertainment and social media,with college students being active content creators on short video social platforms.Unlike traditional "Internet surfing",short videos not only provide college students with information and entertainment serving as a platform for personal recording,self-expression,talent showcase,but also social interaction,emotional satisfaction,and even entrepreneurial opportunities exploration.The overall ecosystem of college students engaging in short video creation involves various factors including social environment,family environment,campus environment,platform environment,and policy environment,presenting complex characteristics such as the coexistence of diverse range of value orientations,a focus on utilitarianism,and the coexistence of encouragement and restriction.
