Abstract:
In the context of the massification of higher education in China,university student affairs management encounters a variety of complex issues and challenges.This paper,from a cultural difference perspective,conducts a comparative study of the philosophies and mechanisms,management models and characteristics,and cultural and institutional differences of student affairs management at two world-class universities: Yale University and the National University of Singapore.It also examines their organizational structures and team development.By considering local adaptations,this study aims to provide references for the proactive advancement of student affairs management in Chinese universities.
