双链驱动"药学硕士专业学位研究生课程教学案例的设计与应用

Design and Application of "Double-Chain Driven" Teaching Case for Master of Science in Pharmacy Professional Degree Program

  • 摘要: 针对药学硕士课程理论与实践衔接不足的问题,本研究提出基于药学领域创新链与产业链的"双链驱动"案例教学改革方案,研究设计13个行业情境化案例(含3门核心课、7门限选课和2门任选课),构建药学研发-生产-临床应用全链条案例体系。采用线上线下混合式教学、PBL及翻转课堂等多元化教学方法,通过案例分析与讨论引导学生运用专业知识解决实践问题。有效提升理论与实践的衔接度,为培养能够创造性地从事药学工作的高层次应用型药学人才提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Addressing the disconnection between theory and practice in the curriculum of professional master's programs in pharmacy,this study proposes a case-based teaching reform strategy driven by both the innovation chain and the industrial chain in the pharmaceutical field—referred to as the "double-chain driven" model.Thirteen industry-contextualized teaching cases were developed,covering three core courses and seven elective courses and two elective courses,thereby constructing a full-chain case system spanning pharmaceutical R&D,manufacturing,and clinical application.Through the use of hybrid teaching formats—including online and offline integration,Problem-Based Learning (PBL),and flipped classrooms—students are guided to apply their professional knowledge in solving real-world problems through case analysis and discussion.This approach effectively enhances the integration of theoretical learning and practical application,offering a valuable model for cultivating high-level,application-oriented pharmacy professionals capable of engaging in innovative pharmaceutical practice.
