基于药学生视角的高校劳动教育育人机制探索

Exploration of Mechanisms of Labor Education in Universities from the Perspective of Pharmacy Students

  • 摘要: 劳动教育是推进“五育并举”和“三全育人”教育体系的重要途径。药学生既是劳动教育的对象,也是劳动教育的传播者。为有效推进药学生劳动教育实践,基于劳动教育的现实困境,中国药科大学探索了“一二三四”协同劳动实践育人体系,即确立一个“知行合一”劳动观念,构建理论实践两大课程体系,整合家—校—地三方资源建设,完善“保障—评估—激励—反馈”四维协同机制,形成全新育人路径,着力培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

     

    Abstract: Labor education is an essential approach to advancing the holistic education framework of “Five-Dimensional Parallel Cultivation” and the “Three-Whole Education” system.Pharmacy students are not only recipients of labor education but also its disseminators.To effectively promote labor education practices among pharmacy students, China Pharmaceutical University has developed a coordinated “1-2-3-4” labor education mechanism in response to existing challenges.Specifically, it establishes one guiding concept of “unity of knowledge and action”,constructs two complementary curriculum systems integrating theory and practice, consolidates tripartite resources from the university, local communities, and families, and refines a four-dimensional collaborative mechanism encompassing “support-evaluation-motivation-feedback”.This innovative framework provides a new path for nurturing well-rounded socialist builders and successors equipped with moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor competencies.
