企-院-校三位一体"药学专硕协同育人模式探索

Exploration of the "Enterprise-Institute-University" Trinity Collaborative Education Model for Professional Master's Degree in Pharmacy

  • 摘要: 在深化产教融合背景下,药学硕士专业学位研究生培养是推动生物医药产业高质量发展的重要路径。江西中医药大学聚焦产业发展真需求,瞄准专硕培养真问题,携手研究生联合培养基地,通过创新招生指导方式、共同制定培养方案、强化实践基地双向管理,构建"企-院-校三位一体"协同育人模式,充分调动校企双方参与度,为不断深化药学专硕教育提供思路。

     

    Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening industry-education integration,the cultivation of professional master's degree students in pharmacy has become a key pathway for promoting the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry.Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine,focusing on the real demands of industrial development and addressing practical challenges in professional master's training,has collaborated with joint training bases for graduate students to establish a "Enterprise-Institute-University" trinity collaborative education model.This model features innovative recruitment guidance,jointly developed training programs,and strengthened bidirectional management of practical training bases.It effectively mobilizes participation from both academic institutions and industry,providing a valuable reference for the ongoing advancement of professional pharmacy education.
