社会药店执业药师药物治疗管理能力培训情景模拟教学实践

Scenario-Simulated Teaching Practice in Medication Therapy Management Competency Training for Licensed Pharmacists in Social Pharmacies

  • 摘要: 药物治疗管理工作具有鲜明的实践特色。阐述情景模拟法在培训社会药店执业药师药物治疗管理能力方面的应用效果,以期为执业药师开展药物治疗管理培训项目提供参考。该教学方式可明显提升学员专业态度和沟通技能,一定程度上提升专业判断能力和药学知识运用能力,具有较好的培训应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Medication therapy management work has distinct practical characteristics.This study explores the application and effectiveness of scenario-based simulation training in enhancing the medication therapy management skills of licensed pharmacists working in social pharmacies.The aim is to provide insights for the development of medication therapy management training programs for practicing pharmacists.This teaching method significantly improves participants' professional attitudes and communication skills while enhancing their ability to make professional judgments and apply pharmaceutical knowledge to real-life scenarios, indicating promising prospects for the practical application of this training approach.
