Abstract:
Medication therapy management work has distinct practical characteristics.This study explores the application and effectiveness of scenario-based simulation training in enhancing the medication therapy management skills of licensed pharmacists working in social pharmacies.The aim is to provide insights for the development of medication therapy management training programs for practicing pharmacists.This teaching method significantly improves participants' professional attitudes and communication skills while enhancing their ability to make professional judgments and apply pharmaceutical knowledge to real-life scenarios, indicating promising prospects for the practical application of this training approach.
