药学应用型人才培养中课程思政建设路径探索

摘要: 课程思政教学组织的建设是培养具有药学专业技术和良好思想政治素养的应用型人才的保障。青年教师课程思政研究水平和教学能力的提升可有效促进思政元素更新与课程思政典型案例的发掘;完善产教研合作团队,形成"学院-医院-企业"联动的课程思政教学团队,有助于药学应用型人才培养更加紧密地结合行业发展需求,有利于全面落实"三全育人"教育理念,不断提升人才培养质量。Abstract: The construction of curriculum ideological and political education within the curriculum plays a critical role in cultivating application-oriented pharmacy professionals who possess both technical expertise and strong political literacy.Enhancing young faculty members' research capacity and instructional competence in curriculum ideological and political education can effectively support the renewal of ideological and political content and the identification of exemplary instructional cases.Furthermore,strengthening collaborative teaching teams involving "academia- hospitals-industry" helps align pharmacy talent cultivation with evolving sectoral demands.This integrated approach advances the comprehensive "Three-Whole Education" philosophy and continuously improves the quality of pharmacy education.
