美国与日本临床研究协调员培训体系的研究与启示

摘要: 本研究采用文献研究法,从培训实施机构、分级制度、内容方式及评估认证等维度,系统对比分析了美国与日本临床研究协调员培训体系建设情况,剖析了国际成熟经验。当前,国内临床研究协调员培训仍存在缺乏统一标准、职业发展通道不清晰等问题,可借鉴美国分级模式构建能力进阶标准,引入日本协会主导机制,推动培训与认证规范化,深化产教融合,加强专业学科建设。上述举措可完善我国临床研究协调员培训体系,提升临床研究协调员专业水平与行业规范化程度,从而为体系建设提供参考。Abstract: This study adopts a literature research method to systematically compare and analyze the development of Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) training systems in the United States and Japan,which examines internationally mature experiences from dimensions such as training implementation institutions,grading systems,content and methods,as well as evaluation and certification.Currently,CRC training in China still faces challenges such as a lack of unified standards and unclear career development pathways.For reference,China could adopt the U.S.grading model to establish competency-based progression standards and introduce the association-led mechanism from Japan to promote the standardization of training and certification.Additionally,efforts should be made to deepen industry-education integration and strengthen the development of relevant academic disciplines.These measures can improve China's CRC training system,enhance the professional level of CRCs,and increase the degree of industry standardization,thereby providing reference for the system construction.
