人工智能赋能药学拔尖创新人才培养体系的探索

Exploration of an AI-Empowered Training System for Top Innovative Talents in Pharmacy

  • 摘要: 人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI)技术正深度重塑新药研发全链条,药学教育亟须培养“懂AI、精药学、擅创新”的复合型人才。复旦大学药学院以“基础—进阶—卓越”三级培养体系为抓手,重塑课程图谱、革新教学模式,并搭建跨学科协同平台,率先走出一条AI与药学教育深度融合的特色之路。本文系统解析该体系的构建逻辑、实施路径与育人成效,为高等药学教育融合AI提供了可参考的范式。

     

    Abstract: Artificial intelligence(AI) technologies are profoundly reshaping the entire process of drug research and development, creating an urgent need for pharmacy education to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who “understand AI,master pharmacy, and excel in innovation”.The School of Pharmacy at Fudan University has developed a three-tiered training framework “Foundation-Advancement-Excellence” to reform its curriculum structure, innovate teaching models, and build an interdisciplinary collaborative platform.This initiative pioneers a distinctive pathway for the deep integration of AI and pharmaceutical education.The paper systematically analyzes the framework’s construction logic, implementation strategy, and educational outcomes, providing a valuable paradigm for the integration of AI into higher pharmaceutical education.
