Abstract: Artificial intelligence（AI） technologies are profoundly reshaping the entire process of drug research and development, creating an urgent need for pharmacy education to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who “understand AI,master pharmacy, and excel in innovation”.The School of Pharmacy at Fudan University has developed a three-tiered training framework “Foundation-Advancement-Excellence” to reform its curriculum structure, innovate teaching models, and build an interdisciplinary collaborative platform.This initiative pioneers a distinctive pathway for the deep integration of AI and pharmaceutical education.The paper systematically analyzes the framework’s construction logic, implementation strategy, and educational outcomes, providing a valuable paradigm for the integration of AI into higher pharmaceutical education.
