学术创新型中药学人才培养模式改革

The Training Model of Academic Innovative Talents of Chinese Materia Medica Majors

  • 摘要: 在教育部"双一流"和新医科建设战略持续推进的背景下,本文聚焦中药学专业培养模式由传统应用型向学术创新型转型的关键问题展开研究,梳理中医药现代化进程中亟待突破的重大前沿科学问题与工程技术难题,系统解析当前中药学专业人才的知识架构、素质特征及培养体系存在的结构性矛盾。研究着重探讨学术创新型人才应具备的复合型素质模型,提出基于交叉学科整合、智能技术赋能、超分子科学融合的知识体系重构路径。新模式通过构建网络化、智能化的新型课程体系与质量评价标准,着力推进专业教育范式转型,以期培养符合新时代中医药原始创新需求的高素质人才,为培育支撑优质生产力发展的学术创新型本科教育体系提供理论支持与实践参考。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the Ministry of Education's ongoing "Double First-Class" initiative and the advancement of the New Medical Sciences strategy,this study focuses on the critical transformation of the Chinese Materia Medica talent training model from application-oriented to academic-innovation-oriented.By identifying urgent frontier scientific issues and engineering challenges in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,the paper systematically analyzes the structural contradictions within the current talent cultivation framework—specifically,in terms of knowledge architecture,competency profiles,and curricular systems.Emphasis is placed on constructing a compound quality model for academic-innovation-oriented talents,and proposing a knowledge system reconstruction pathway grounded in interdisciplinary integration,intelligent technology empowerment,and supramolecular science fusion.The study advocates for the development of a networked,intelligent curriculum system and corresponding quality evaluation standards to drive the transformation of the educational paradigm.The ultimate goal is to nurture high-caliber talents capable of original innovation in Chinese Materia Medica and to offer theoretical and practical guidance for building an academic-innovation-based undergraduate education system that supports high-quality productivity development.
