Abstract:
Based on the Astin (I-E-O) higher education influence model, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the graduates of doctoral degree in Chinese medicine to understand the current situation, existing problems and the training of hospital participation in the process of doctoral degree in Chinese medicine. From the perspective of stakeholder theory, the article proposes that schools and hospitals (employers, industries) should establish a long-term cooperative training mechanism, and try to integrate colleges and universities and medical education from the aspects of curriculum system and quality control, and promote hospitals to participate in the entire training process, which improves the employability of doctoral students with professional degrees in traditional Chinese medicine.
