医院参与过程培养对中医专业学位博士生就业能力影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Hospital Participation ProcessTraining on the Employability of Doctoral Students with a Degreein Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • 摘要: 基于阿斯汀(I-E-O)高等教育影响力模型,通过对中医专业学位博士生毕业生开展问卷调查,了解中医专业学位博士生就业能力的现状、存在问题以及医院参与过程培养对其产生的影响。从利益相关者理论视角,文章提出学校、医院(雇主、行业)应建立长效化合作培养机制,从课程体系、质量监控等方面尝试院校融合、医教融合,推动医院参与整个培养过程,从而提升中医专业专业学位博士生就业能力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Astin (I-E-O) higher education influence model, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the graduates of doctoral degree in Chinese medicine to understand the current situation, existing problems and the training of hospital participation in the process of doctoral degree in Chinese medicine.From the perspective of stakeholder theory, the article proposes that schools and hospitals (employers, industries) should establish a long-term cooperative training mechanism, and try to integrate colleges and universities and medical education from the aspects of curriculum system and quality control, and promote hospitals to participate in the entire training process, which improves the employability of doctoral students with professional degrees in traditional Chinese medicine.
