Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the ideological and political work of college students in continuing education under the new situation,this article puts forward the ideological and political work mode of the party group based on the matrix organizational structure,expounds the connotation,characteristics,operation principles and significance of the ideological and political work mode,and analyzes concretely the working mechanism of the ideological and political work mode.
