Abstract: Based on the demand for pharmaceutical talents in constructing Hainan health island,the School of Pharmaceutical Science at Hainan University comprehensively reforms the undergraduate teaching model for the pharmaceutical major.It integrates ideological and political education into professional knowledge education,combines basic knowledge education with extracurricular practical education,emphasizes individualized education for students in general education,and combines strict management with teachers' personality influence.The study explores an educational system that integrates ideological guidance,know-ledge leadership,care for students' lives,psychological support,and career planning.By cultivating and educating pharmaceutical students from multiple dimensions and levels,it aims to promote the comprehensive development and cultivate pharmaceutical professionals with creativity.
