基于OBE理念的食品营养与安全教学体系的构建

Construction of OBE-based Teaching System of Food Nutrition and Safety

  • 摘要: OBE理念以其重视产出的教育范式、"反向设计"的实施逻辑成为世界先进的高等教育主流理念之一。本文介绍了基于OBE理念构建食品营养与安全课程新教学体系的实践探索,即设定切合实际的预期顶峰成果,围绕顶峰成果进行反向教学设计,正向实施过程中多举措齐头并进,建立科学、有效、公平、透明的多元化评价体系支撑顶峰成果。

     

    Abstract: The Outcome-based Education (OBE) concept,with its focus on outcomes and the implementation logic of "reverse design",has become one of the mainstream educational paradigms in advanced higher education worldwide.This paper presents the practical exploration of constructing a new teaching system for Food Nutrition and Safety courses based on the OBE concept.The approach involves setting realistic peak outcomes,designing backward from these peak outcomes,and implementing forward actions with multiple measures progressing in parallel.It also proposes establishing a scientific,effective,fair,and transparent diversified evaluation system to support the achievement of the peak outcomes.
