Abstract:
Currently,several issues emerge in the secondary management of private universities,including the lack of management system development,insufficient professional growth,low efficiency levels,lack of humanistic concern,leading to increased occupational burnout,in addition,the absence of incentive mechanisms also hampers teachers' professional development prospects.In response to the opportunity for quality revolution in higher education,the capacity building of management personnel in private college and universities should be based on the principles of moral education,deepening the cultivation consciousness through management.This includes the establishment of a sound secondary management system,implementation of effective governance,devising specialized training plans to enhance personnel capabilities at various levels,establishing smooth incentive mechanisms,and activating the internal motivation of staff to better support the high-quality development of private colleges and universities.
