Abstract: This study implements a talent cultivation program that emphasizes both "craftsmanship spirit" and the inheritance of "red genes" (revolutionary values),focusing on mechanisms for developing innovative teaching faculty and refining the advantages of curriculum clusters within the Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing discipline.The study establishes an integrated curriculum system for the program and fully utilizes diversified forms of practical teaching.Furthermore,it deepens the exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship education,while constructing a training framework for innovation capacity development.Oriented toward learning outcomes and aligned with research objectives,the program seeks to enhance faculty capabilities in translating scientific research into practical applications and to cultivate students' overall competence,innovative thinking,and practical skills.The findings and practices presented provide valuable references for the construction of similar Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing programs at other institutions.
