Abstract: Laboratory safety is a fundamental prerequisite for the effective implementation of teaching and research activities in higher education,and it constitutes a critical component of the pharmacy talent cultivation system.Given the complexity and diversity of potential hazards in pharmacy-related laboratories,greater emphasis must be placed on laboratory safety education.The School of Pharmacy at Inner Mongolia Medical University has pioneered a "Six Ones" educatiojnal model guided by party-building efforts:one fortress,one goal,one center,one model,one mechanism,and one initiative.This model has proven effective in improving laboratory safety management,significantly enhancing students' safety awareness and competencies,and providing robust support for the cultivation of high-quality,well-rounded pharmaceutical talents.
