Abstract:
Developing school-enterprise cooperation courses is an effective means to improve the quality of applied talent training in pharmacy,but there are still issues such as low enthusiasm for school-enterprise cooperation,insufficient teacher skill training,limited course resource construction,and incomplete evaluation mechanisms at the current stage.Industry colleges serve as an effective carrier to deepen the integration of industry and education and establish long-term school-enterprise cooperation.This article uses the Biomedical Industry College of Jiangsu Ocean University as an example to discuss the construction of pharmacy-related school-enterprise cooperation courses based on modern industry colleges.Practice has shown that industry colleges can fully leverage the advantages of talents,technology,equipment,and other resources,establish mechanisms for implementing school-enterprise cooperation courses,improve the construction of course support platforms,and significantly enhance the quality of talent training.
