Exploration and Practice of Teaching Approaches for Pharmaceutical Freshmen Seminar Courses

  • The implementation of freshman seminar courses has transformed traditional teaching concepts and methods, allowing students to take a leading role in the classroom and fostering independent thinking and innovation.However, there are still several issues with freshman seminar courses in China.This paper, in consideration of the characteristics of the pharmaceutical discipline, explores how to reform course framework design, the use of online resources, the integration of curriculum ideological and political education, and assessment and evaluation models.The goal is to cultivate students’ self-directed learning abilities and innovative spirit.This study aims to provide experience and reference for the ongoing reform of freshman seminar courses in pharmaceutical education.
