The Operation Mechanism of Collaborative Funding for the Growth andDevelopment of Needy Students in Colleges and Universities Basedon the Principle of Self-organization

This paper introduces the principle of self-organization into the work of collaborative funding for the growth and development of needy students in colleges and universities, proves the self-organizing characteristics of the collaborative funding system, find the key elements that affect the self-organization evolution of the system, and propose a mechanism to ensure the smooth operation of collaborative funding for the growth and development of needy students in colleges and universities through the collaborative theoretical model to explore the order parameters.In order to realize the evolution from low-level to high-level, from disorder to order, the collaborative funding system for the growth and development of needy students in colleges and universities should be established to operate mechanisms such as an interest-inducing mechanism, a government-led mechanism, an institutional guarantee mechanism, and an information disclosure mechanism, so as to facilitate the growth of needy students in colleges and universities, which provides reference and basis for the establishment of the development collaborative funding pattern.
