Abstract
In response to the limitations of formative teaching evaluation in assessing the continuity between theoretical and experimental instruction,this paper focuses on teaching evaluation frameworks,faculty development,and process assessment,emphasizing the importance of students' individual characteristics in talent cultivation.It explores the establishment of a diversified teaching evaluation system based on the integration of theoretical and experimental courses.This system employs a three-dimensional competency evaluation framework consisting of "basic ability assessment,innovation ability assessment,and individualized characteristic assessment".Guided by a student-centered,outcome-oriented,and individualized teaching philosophy,it optimizes the weighting coefficients for theoretical teaching,experimental teaching,and theory-practice integration.Furthermore,the paper analyzes key factors influencing students' comprehensive ability development and establishes a diversified teaching evaluation methodology suitable for integrated theoretical-experimental courses.This approach aims to overcome the limitations of emotional factors that may restrict interactive engagement,while revealing students' potential in innovation capability and research literacy.
