Abstract
Under the national policy of strengthening labor education in the new era, pharmaceutical institutions urgently need to establish a labor education model with distinct professional characteristics. To address issues such as the disconnection between traditional labor education and pharmaceutical majors, broken practice chains, and lack of student motivation, the teaching team developed the "Medicinal Field Planting Training Program",which integrates profession, labor, and culture into a labor education model.Research shows that after the project was implemented, students' accuracy in medicinal material identification continuously improved. They gained a deeper understanding of the concept of "every grain is hard-earned" and became more willing to inherit Traditional Chinese Medicine culture.Students also reported that the project enhanced their collective responsibility and teamwork skills. This project, driven by professional practice and cultural immersion, provides a replicable practice model for labor education with distinctive features in pharmaceutical institutions.
