  • Deepening the integration of science,industry,and education is a critical and urgent pathway for aligning the structural elements of talent supply in higher education with the evolving demands of industry.It is essential for cultivating high-quality,innovative,and application-oriented professionals.Based on an analysis of the new-era context,educational philosophy,and collaborative talent development models within "science-industry-education integration" in pharmaceutical higher education,this paper presents Guangdong Pharmaceutical University's implementation of two key initiatives: the Pharmaceutical Education Excellence Project and the Pharmaceutical Discipline Enhancement Project.It outlines specific strategies and achievements in pharmacy education and disciplinary development driven by this "science-industry-education integration" approach,providing valuable insights for pharmaceutical institutions engaged in education reform.
