Reform of Pharmaceutical Education in Colleges and Universities in the Post-Pandemic Era

In China,the pharmaceutical industry is shifting from generic medicine to innovative medicine,which requires pharmaceutical researchers to have stronger innovative ideas and more advanced technology accumulation.Facing the difficulties and challenges of pharmaceutical education in the post-pandemic era,how to ensure the high-quality cultivation for talents is a core issue worth thinking.Based on the characteristics of pharmacy disciplines,this article proposes the following arguments in response to the reform in pharmacy education in the post-epidemic era: emphasizing the differentiation of online and offline courses to cultivate innovative pharmacy talents;deepening curriculum ideological and political education in curriculum to cultivate high-quality pharmacy talents;strengthening practical education reform to cultivate comprehensive pharmacy talents.
