Abstract
Teachers from secondary vocational education (TSVE) experience occupational adaptation through three main stages: the phase of loss, the phase of reflection and transformation, and the phase of adaptation, among which the phase of adaptation can be further divided into positive adaptation and negative adaptation.Teachers who experience positive adaptation will perceive the value, sense of achievement, and happiness of their teaching profession.Schools should guide teachers to analyze and accept the real learning situation, develop and implement high-quality teacher training programs, and build a community for teacher growth.Efforts should be made to enhance the level of school management,in order to provide effective support and guarantees for vocational teachers to achieve positive occupational adaptation.
