In response to the demands of "New Medical Science" construction,Nanjing Medical University has adopted a "demand-cultivation-development" philosophy for the cultivation of talents of professional Master of Pharmacy.By exploring cultivation systems,cultivation environments,and cultivation mean,the university has developed a "separation-combination-coordination" approach to the cultivation of these students,achieving notable outcomes in the process of implementing this cultivation of professional Master of Pharmacy program.
