Abstract
The development of curriculum ideological and political education in higher education has entered a new phase characterized by top-level design at the disciplinary level.This study begins by analyzing the core values of the pharmaceutical engineering specialty and adopts the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) philosophy to construct a multi-level and multi-stage framework for formulating ideological and political education objectives and evaluating educational outcomes.The proposed system aims to bridge the experiences of current students and alumni,thereby fostering a distinctive "grand ideological and political education" model characterized by full integration.This whole-personnel,whole-process,and all-round approach provides a novel perspective for implementing systematic and structured ideological and political education in professional curricula.
