Construction and Implementation of Five-Year Training Model for Clinical Pharmacy Talents

Clinical pharmacy education is a key pathway for training clinical pharmacists who are proficient in both medicine and pharmacy, as well as skilled in research and implementation.Clinical pharmacy education in China began relatively late and remains underdeveloped, resulting in inconsistent talent training standards.After in-depth research and analysis, Hebei Medical University has developed a five-year clinical pharmacy training model, consisting of “3.5+1.5” years, which has been proven to enhance the quality and level of clinical pharmacy talent cultivation.This model provides valuable insights and reference points for the cultivation of clinical pharmacy professionals in China.
