To promote the excellent teaching development of university teachers,it is necessary to create an educational environment that fosters the pursuit of teaching and educating values and meets the societal demands for professional development,enabling teachers to achieve both intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction.High-quality construction of the teaching staff should closely align with the strategic requirements of high-quality educational development,enhance the core qualities of teachers,focus on cultivating new forces,developing backbone forces,establishing exemplary powers,and spreading educational influence.The design of teacher development pathways should respect the growth patterns of teachers and,based on the developmental characteristics of teachers at different stages,provide a progressive development pathway of "new teacher-backbone teacher-distinguished teaching experts-future educator."
