  • Graduate education plays a crucial role in cultivating high-level talent and fostering innovation and creativity.Enhancing the innovation capabilities of graduate students has become a key component of the national strategies for revitalizing the country through science and education and strengthening the nation through talents.This paper analyzes the current state of innovation capability training for pharmaceutical graduate students and proposes a multi-party collaborative approach involving industry enterprises,research institutions,and universities.Centered on the student experience,this system integrates high-quality educational resources,leverages collaborative education advantages,and optimizes institutional evaluation mechanisms to strengthen the substance of education.The framework forms a "four-wheel-drive" model to holistically enhance the innovation capacity of graduate students throughout their educational journey,ultimately achieving the goal of cultivating high-level,innovative talents.
