Abstract
    Using the natural medicinal chemistry course as an example,this study adopts a comprehensive approach involving status surveys,course design,implementation,and outcome evaluation.The integration of online and offline learning across the pre-class,in-class,and post-class phases has significantly enhanced students' autonomy,engagement,and learning efficiency.The findings demonstrate that this blended teaching model effectively promotes deep learning among students.
