The Global Competence-Oriented Training of Graduate Students in Pharmaceutical Sciences

In the context of the "Community of a Shared Future for Mankind" and the "Belt and Road Initiative",building an international talent training system centered on "global competence" has become a key focus in the future development of higher education.This paper focuses on the cultivation of global competence in pharmacy graduate students and addresses the limitations of existing training models.Based on the core elements of global competence and considering the characteristics of pharmacy graduate training and China's higher education system,this study draws on the related exploration and practices at Central South University in recent years.It proposes a development framework from three dimensions: institutional support,value and emotional shaping,and the creation of an internationalized academic environment.This approach aims to provide new insights into fulfilling the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and nurturing talent in the new era.
