Cultivating Postgraduate Students in Professional Master of Pharmacy Based on the Industry Demand in Ethnic Areas

The training of Master's degree graduates in Pharmacy should closely follow the national strategic deployment of "Health China" and combine it with the regional development needs of public health.The focus should be on cultivating professionals with good ideological and political qualities, ethical integrity, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical and related disciplines.These graduates should be capable of high-level applied work in fields such as drug utilization, research and development, and production.In order to meet the industry demand in ethnic regions, Guangxi Medical University, based on talent cultivation objectives, has implemented reforms in four aspects:optimizing the training scheme for compound talents, modularizing the professional curriculum system, enhancing teaching practice, and improving the guidance capabilities of mentors, so as to improve the training quality for Master's degree graduates in Pharmacy.
