Abstract
The deep integration of ideological and political education with professional training in professional master's pharmacy programs is of great significance for cultivating high-quality,application-oriented pharmacy professionals with both moral integrity and professional competence. This study analyzes existing challenges in achieving such integration and presents a practical model based on five dimensions:objectives, systems, content, processes, and competencies. The model emphasizes the holistic fusion of value shaping, knowledge transmission, and skills development to enhance graduate students' overall quality and sense of social responsibility. The initiative has yielded positive outcomes and offers a feasible and replicable approach for promoting the in-depth integration of ideological and professional education in pharmacy graduate programs.
