Abstract
Pharmaceutical Analysis is a critical course for pharmacy majors, and experimental teaching,as an integral component of the course, plays a key role in guiding students to master modern pharmaceutical analysis techniques, thoroughly comprehend the fundamental principles involved, and cultivate highly competent pharmaceutical professionals. The "big concept" approach to teaching has emerged as a pedagogical strategy for facilitating conceptual understanding and serves as a valuable reference for competency-based education. The hierarchical knowledge structure of big concepts can help students optimize their knowledge framework, thereby enhancing their core competencies in the course.Micro-project learning,as an innovative learning model,is particularly well-suited to complex experimental teaching. This study, using the "Quality Inspection of Aspirin Tablets" in Pharmaceutical Analysis as an example, constructs a micro-project-based teaching approach grounded in big concepts, aiming to provide new insights and references for experimental teaching reform.
