Exploration of Reform Approaches to the Training Model for Pharmaceutical Professional Master: A Practice-Oriented Study Based on Industry Demand

Since the launch of the professional master's degree program in pharmacy at Qiqihar Medical University in 2019,the program has aimed to cultivate high-level,application-oriented professionals equipped with strong practical skills and professional ethics.In response to key issues in pharmacy graduate education and driven by industry needs,the program has undertaken a systematic reform of the training model.This includes continuous optimization of curriculum design,ideological and political education within the discipline,classroom instruction,platform development,faculty selection,extracurricular engagement,assessment and evaluation systems,and quality control mechanisms.Through the implementation of a "demand-driven,optimization-empowered" training pathway,the program has achieved notable progress in the professional development of pharmacy master's students.
