Investigation on the Construction of University Counselors from the Perspectives of External Diagnosis and Self-Diagnosis

Strengthening the construction of counselor teams is an important topic in ideological and political education in universities.In the new era,the construction of university counselor teams has received heightened attention and achieved notable results,but still faces a series of problems.Strengthening the construction of counselor teams is always related to the effective implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in universities.This article conducts research from two perspectives:the management cadres of the student affairs department and the counselor team itself,analyzing the current situation,difficulties,and solutions for the construction of counselor teams,providing references for further improvement of counselor team construction.
