Construction of Information Technology Platforms for Career Character Interviews in Pharmaceutical Students’ Career Planning

In the practical teaching of pharmacy students’ career planning, career character interviews play a critical role in deepening career awareness and promoting person-job fit.To overcome the limitations of traditional interviews in terms of resource matching, spatial-temporal constraints, and process closure, the School of Pharmacy at Jiangsu University has developed an information technology platform based on the Application Building Platform on Enterprise WeChat.This platform supports the full process of “measure-select-interview-evaluate-revise” framework, catering to the needs of students, mentors, and the institution.Through collaborative design of data management, interactive grouping, results presentation, and application expansion modules, the platform enables accurate career profiling, intelligent career matching, dynamic management of the interview process, and visual feedback of results.Practical applications have demonstrated that the information technology platform significantly enhances teaching interaction efficiency, strengthens students’ career awareness, and establishes a closed-loop teaching model of “assessment-selection-practice-feedback-optimization”.This research provides a replicable implementation model for the informatization of practical teaching and holds exemplary and promotional value for the reform of career planning education in higher education institutions.
