Abstract
    The clinical pharmacist team at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has established a medical graduate curriculum system guided by the philosophy of "case-based and problem-oriented learning".This system is built around "ideological and political education as the backbone,clinical problems as the context,and translational medicine as the spark".Additionally,the team has developed a clinical pharmacist training model that emphasizes competency-based development.The model also explores the creation of learning organizations and integrates evidence-based pharmacy practices.These efforts have resulted in significant improvements in educational effectiveness.
