Construction of an Innovative Teaching System of Pharmacotherapy

Pharmacotherapy is the core course of clinical pharmacy program in universities,and plays an important role in producing graduates with abilities to deliver effective pharmaceutical care.However,the introduction of clinical pharmacotherapy was relatively late in China,the curriculum has yet to be improved,and therefore many students do not meet job requirement after graduation,which restricts the development of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice to some extent.Through years of teaching experience accumulation,this study makes innovative attempts on the aspects of teaching staff development,curriculum design and teaching methods,establishing a set of unique teaching system.This paper introduces the practical experience in order to provide reference for the training mode of high-quality pharmacy talents,and to shed light on improving the cultivation of clinical pharmacy talents in China.
