Abstract
The pharmaceutics course is an extension course in the pharmacy management and business program at vocational colleges, playing an important role in the cultivation of pharmaceutical talent. The effectiveness of its teaching directly affects students’ professional quality and the quality of talent development in the pharmaceutical industry. The teaching team designed the pharmaceutics course based on the integration of post, course, competition, and certification, constructing an integrated theory and practice teaching model of “four-collaboration, four-step integration”.This model organizes “three-stage task-based” teaching activities and employs a “four-step progressive ability development” teaching method to enhance students’ professional skills and vocational literacy.
