On the Competency Standards and Development Framework forSingapore Pharmacist

The Singapore Pharmacists Council formulated the "Pharmacist Development Framework" after formulating the competency standards that pharmacists should achieve at different levels.This framework is used to facilitate the development of pharmacists from basic practice to advanced practice.This paper introduces the primary and advanced competency standards and development framework of Singapore pharmacists, in order to provide reference for the development of licensed pharmacist system in China.
